THE BILL NEWLAND MEMORIAL BOWL-A-THON

Proceeds from the Bowl-a-Thon will be used to support projects such as the installation of audible traffic safety signals and our ongoing legislative efforts to educate both state and federal lawmakers on issues that impact the welfare of Pennsylvanians with vision loss.
The Golden Triangle Council of the Blind is a 501c3 advocacy organization that works to improve the lives and enhance the independence of people with vision loss. These efforts have focused on preserving adequate public transportation, advocating for accessible currency and voting machines, promoting Braille literacy, and educating the public on pedestrian safety. Pittsburgh area's affiliate of the Pennsylvania Council of the Blind.
